Who you contract with

AiTM is provided and sold by COAB Solution private limited. Your contract for use of the service is with COAB Solution private limited. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use AiTM, you accept these terms and confirm you are legally able to do so.

AiTM is a personal finance logging tool. You need a valid account to save transactions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your sign-in secure.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AiTM under your selected plan. AiTM software, documentation, and branding remain the property of COAB Solution private limited.

COAB Solution private limited owns AiTM and all intellectual property in its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and branding. Except for the limited right to use AiTM under your selected plan, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical restrictions in AiTM except where applicable law expressly permits it.

AiTM uses an AI model to read your sentences and guess the merchant, amount, category, and date. It can be wrong.
Always review parsed entries before relying on them. AiTM does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Do not attempt to access other people's data, reverse engineer or resell the service, scrape or probe it, bypass technical limits, introduce malware, infringe intellectual property, or overload it with automated requests.
Do not use AiTM for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harmful content, impersonation, deepfakes, malware, hate speech, or attempts to bypass AI safeguards.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide AiTM. You must have the rights to upload that content.
You are responsible for prompts and how you use outputs, including checking accuracy. We may filter, refuse, or remove harmful content and suspend repeated infringement. Rights holders may contact us through the support address listed on our site.

Current Pro prices, billing currency, billing interval, taxes, and any trial are displayed before you confirm checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the same interval until canceled. Charges are collected at the start of each paid billing period.
If a seven-day trial is offered, the payment method provided at checkout is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Canceling stops future renewals, and access continues only through the recorded paid period.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and AiTM's Refund Policy at /refunds.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle processes payment details, calculates applicable taxes, issues invoices, manages subscription billing, and handles eligible refunds. COAB Solution private limited does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may change or suspend features at any time.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
We may also suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
